In person or online, I can offer various classes or services to individuals and groups.

Nutrition Coaching in person or online for:

  • General healthy lifestyle
  • Weight Loss
  • Muscle Gain
  • Transitioning to your choice of specialized diet styles
    • including clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, raw, primal, Mediterranean, DASH, gluten-free, yogic or sattvic diet, LEAP food sensitivities, or other preferred choices.
  • Restaurant Outings and understanding how to read menus
  • Grocery shopping and Reading Food Labels
  • Cooking Basics (or Un-cooking for raw) and Kitchen Use 101
  • Diet or recipe analysis: submit your daily food intake, or a recipe, and get it analyzed to see what nutrition can be found in it; and discuss how it could be tweaked to provide even more health

  • Speaking at CNMI Nursing Association’s Annual Nursing Convention
  • Volunteering at Health and Environmental Expo to talk aboutSuper Foods for Super Hero Powersbased on MyPlate and healthy eating with elementary school students.
  • Lunch and Learn on healthy eating to City government employees
  • Food and nutrition lecture to low-income pregnant women focusing on diets during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and infant nutrition
  • Various talks around villages of the island about healthy lifestyle
  • Speaking at Ayuda Conference on the healing properties of whole foods
  • Introducing First Friday Film’s movie of the month, “PlanEat” and discussing the benefits of eating locally raised foods
  • Creating a Facebook community page to help motivate and inspire a community to reach their wellness goals
