- Cooking Basics (or Un-cooking for raw) and Kitchen Use 101
- Diet or recipe analysis: submit your daily food intake, or a recipe, and get it analyzed to see what nutrition can be found in it; and discuss how it could be tweaked to provide even more health

- Food and nutrition lecture to low-income pregnant women focusing on diets during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and infant nutrition
- Various talks around villages of the island about healthy lifestyle
- Speaking at Ayuda Conference on the healing properties of whole foods
- Introducing First Friday Film’s movie of the month, “PlanEat” and discussing the benefits of eating locally raised foods
