Everybody needs a montage! (as does every body!)
It’s wonderful to think you can just power your way through a few short days, clips of workouts, jogging, chugging protein drinks, and come out the other side transformed into a champion.
If only it were so easy.
Creating a strong, lean, powerful warrior body takes time and discipline. And it takes proper fueling.

Level 1 – Newbies New to Exercise
- Walking guide– learn this great way to ease into movement
- Or try this 30 minute indoor walking video
- Yoga Earth – gentle yoga for beginners
Level 2 – Ready to begin!
- 10 Minute Trainer – programs are more intense, but they are only 10 minutes! Then you can mix-and-match as you begin to progress, and make longer sequences
- Neena And Veena – belly dancing cardio fun on YouTube!
Level 3 – I’m Doing This!
- 21 Day Fix – 30 minute workouts, and simplified nutrition tools to help keep you on track with fueling
- Power 90 – 30 minutes workouts for90 days, with modifications for all levels. Aimed at beginner/intermediate level warriors.
- Parkour Plan for the Untrained Beginner – a series of youtube videos. Write down the exercises, then go perform each for 1 minute (if you can) Great all-around workout, and fun PK moves! I love this set.
- Billie Blanks Tae Bo youtube channel– it’s oh so totally 90’s, but still a great workout! I haven’t seen his entire series, but the few I’ve done have been good.
- Insanity – the harder end of Level 3, it does have a lot of jumping, but you can modify that out if needed
